Colleges I can get accepted to? ?

Hi, I just finished my junior year of high school in vermont and have been looking into some colleges. I have found some that I am interested in which as George Mason University, University of Vermont( my home state) Kent State, Virginia commonwealth, and Hofstra university. My fav is George Mason and I would love to go there. My grades aren't that great. Freshman year my gpa was a 3.375 , 10th grade my gpa was only a 2.25 because of some personal things happening in my life but i've improved a lot this year with a 3.555 gpa. I have taken all college prep classes with only one honors class. Next year I am taking 3 ap classes (calculus, biology and statistics). I have not played any sports or been in any clubs in hs. My ACt score was a 24 and sats a 1500. Could I get into George Mason or any of the colleges listed?thanks for the help!
