Is it a sign of low self esteem when somebody stares at your chest and you're flattered?

I don't think so. I can honestly say that I'm another one who usually just thinks its flattering and kind of funny. As long as the other person isn't being creepy about it, all it really is is a sign that you are attractive to another person, right? Being able to take a compliment is a sign of good self-esteem.
